Concept Director

With over 18 years of experience, Emmeline began her career in hospitality and event management at The Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans. Her years of immersion in the city’s cultural life paid off as she quickly began distinguishing herself in the field and moved within Ritz-Carlton to their properties in Los Angeles and Maui where she continued to refine her skillset. New Orleans eventually drew her back in, and Emmeline now leads Bonfire Events + Catering as the Concept Director.

When she’s not at work, you might find her pursuing her other interests like long distance sailboat racing and creating glittered heels for the Krewe of Muses.
