Chef Amy Mehrtens
A daughter of a chef and an officer, Chef Amy Mehrtens’ passion for cooking developed from her family’s kitchen culture and travels in the military. Chef Mehrtens is a Culinary Institute of America Alumnus and the recipient of Brillat-Savarin Young Professionals Award. Prestigious highlights in her career include Biltmore Estate, Beekman Arms and Delamater Inn and Commander’s Palace. She is currently the Executive Chef at Copper Vine Wine Pub and Bonfire Events + Catering.
