With over a decade of experience in restaurants and catering, Jules Zeller laid the foundation for his career in gastronomy at Delgado Community College’s Culinary program in Applied Sciences. As the Sous Chef of Bonfire Events + Catering, Jules uses his passion for unexpected ingredients to create unique flavor profiles. When Jules is not working on a dish or standing over a flame, he can be found hanging with his wife, daughter and three dogs.
